An Evening with Adrian Hoffmann at BAIX

Join Adrian Hoffmann, sixth-generation Barossa vigneron, as he shares the wines, stories, and traditions of Hoffmann Family Vineyards. Farming 150 hectares in Ebenezer, Adrian is renowned for bold Shiraz and classic Barossa blends that reflect his family’s deep connection to the land.

This special evening pairs his wines with a seasonal three-course menu from the award-winning kitchen at BAIX.
