Ian co-owns and works as a chef at French Saloon, Kirk's Wine Bar & Kirk's Cellar Dining, located in the heart of Melbourne at Hardware Lane. Ian also recently opened Baix & 81Bay, a dining establishment and neighborhood wine bar located in Brighton, Victoria.
